Refund & Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:
- You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product received is incorrect (e.g., wrong item or variant).
- The product is missing essential components or accessories.
- The product received is expired or close to the expiration date (less than 3 months).

Conditions for Refund/Replacement:
- To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- You will need to provide the following details:
- Order number and date of purchase.
- Images of the product, invoice, inner and outer packaging, and batch number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- We may require 48-72 hours to investigate and process your request.
Return of Products:
- If your refund or replacement request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location.
- Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original accessories and tags.
- In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you may need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier service. We will reimburse the courier charges either in your account or as Asense Herbals loyalty points.
Non-Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:
- Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper application.
- The product is returned without its original packaging or with tampered batch numbers.
- The request is made after 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The product falls under categories such as hygiene/health and personal care products that are non-returnable.
- Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
Processing of Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed through bank transfers only. No cash refunds will be provided.
- For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the refund initiation.
- In case of NEFT refunds, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Important Notes:
- Please do not use the product if you intend to return it.
- Take proper snapshots of the damaged or incorrect product and retain the invoice for a successful return or refund process.
- In case of partial or damaged delivery, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Fair Usage Policy:
- While we are committed to accommodating legitimate refund and replacement requests, we reserve the right to refuse service to accounts that abuse our return and exchange policies. Such actions may include excessive returns, refusal to accept shipments, or unwarranted demands for cashback.
Impairment & Damages:
- We take the utmost care in ensuring that your products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive an order with missing, void, or damaged items, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Do not use the products, and keep the original packaging and invoice handy.
Change of Packaging:
- Our packaging may undergo changes to improve user experience and comply with government regulations. Rest assured, these changes do not affect the authenticity or efficacy of our products. We are also committed to reducing our carbon footprint and may reduce outer packaging materials to promote environmental conservation.
Suspension of Promotions:
- Asense Herbals reserves the right to cancel or suspend any ongoing or future promotions, offers, sales, gifts, and giveaways without any liabilities.
